He believes that our health today doesn't come from healthy lifestyle alone but requires early right supplementation as prevention is always better. He suggests that we should always look for health supplements which are as natural as possible so that we can get the maximum benefit out of them. This is because supplements do not work like drugs, original and generic drugs can do the same work but synthetic form of supplements often cant perform like the natural ones.
